Skill Set required:
- A minimum of 2+ years IT recruitment experience.
- Exposure in sourcing and recruiting Microsoft Dynamics and Analytics candidates is a must.
- Hands on experience and understanding of recruiting processes, procedures, and tools.
- Responsible for the full recruitment cycle from identification of recruitment need through to onboarding.
- Working with hiring managers to establish hiring needs agreeing on recruitment strategy and time to hire.
- Screening and interviewing candidates.
- Advertising through job portals and direct Social Media channels.
- Setup interviews phone/ Video call.
- Build and manage a pipeline of candidates with niche skill sets.
- Review all applications, select suitable candidates for consideration and conduct HR interviews.
- Representation at interviews with hiring managers, where required.
li>Screening and shortlisting of CVs and applications.
li>Prior experience in Microsoft Dynamics and Analytics/ dash boarding tools such Power BI, Tableau is a must.
