Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to lead and direct our Inside Sales team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT services sales, particularly in the ERP and MS Dynamics domain, with 8 to 12 years of experience. The candidate should possess excellent communication and presentation skills, along with a proven track record of dealing with international customers, preferably in the US and UK markets.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Lead Generation and Business Development:

  • Generate leads and new business opportunities.
  • Identify client challenges and propose suitable solutions.
  • Coordinate with the technical team and demo specialists for detailed capability presentations leading to sales closure.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Consistent follow-up, proactive actions, and timely reminders to address client queries.
  • Demonstrate product knowledge to answer customer questions and inquiries.
  • Build and nurture relationships with potential customers to establish trust and rapport.
  • Market Analysis and Reporting:

    • Analyze market competition and provide timely input to the product team.
    • Report on relevant sales data.
    • Provide monthly updates to leadership on lead progress.

    International Exposure:

    • Experience in dealing with international customers, especially in the US and UK markets.
    • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions, events, and conferences as needed.

    Team Management:

    • Sound team-handling skills.
    • Identify the right resources for addressing client needs.
    • Foster a teamwork environment.

    Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:

    • 8 to 10+ years of experience with at least 3-5 years in the international market.
    • Strong sales attitude and a customer-first approach.
    • Excellent networking skills with expertise in using LinkedIn for generating connections.
    • Outstanding communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to understand customer requirements and needs.
    • Proven track record of meeting sales goals.
    • Self-confidence, self-motivation, and a results-driven approach.
