Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Jet Reports Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of hands-on experience with Jet Reports and a strong background in financial reporting, business intelligence, and data analysis. This role will involve developing, maintaining, and optimizing financial reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support our business operations and strategic decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Report Development: Design, develop, and maintain complex Jet Reports and dashboards tailored to business requirements.

• Data Analysis: Conduct thorough data analysis to ensure accuracy and consistency in reports.

• Optimization: Optimize existing reports and data retrieval processes to improve performance and user experience.

• User Training: Provide training and support to end-users on how to effectively use Jet Reports for their reporting needs.

• Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, finance teams, and IT to gather requirements and deliver insightful reporting solutions.

• Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all reports and reporting processes.

• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to data quality and reporting performance.

• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest features and best practices of Jet Reports and implement improvements accordingly.

• Project Management: Lead and manage reporting projects from inception through to completion, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience working with Jet Reports, including report development and optimization.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Jet Reports, including Jet Basics and Jet Analytics.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC (Business Central) and related data structures.
• Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.
• Familiarity with SQL and database management.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and accuracy in report development and data analysis.

Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

•Certifications: Relevant certifications in Jet Reports or Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC.

•Additional Tools: Experience with other reporting tools and BI platforms such as Power BI.

•Industry Knowledge: Understanding of industry-specific reporting requirements and best practices.
