About the Role

We are seeking a technically skilled and client-focused Pre-Sales Lead to support our IT Security sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Google Cloud Security and Microsoft Security solutions, with a strong background in engaging international clients, particularly in the US and UK markets.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Proposal Development

  • Understand client security requirements and design tailored solutions using Google and Microsoft security stacks.
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to develop proposals, RFP responses, and solution architectures.
  • Prepare technical documentation and security solution blueprints.

Client Engagement & Presentations

  • Deliver compelling product demos and technical presentations on tools like Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, Google Chronicle, and BeyondCorp.
  • Address client queries with in-depth product and domain knowledge.
  • Build trust and credibility through consultative engagement.

Market & Competitive Analysis

  • Stay updated on the latest trends in cloud security, zero trust, and threat detection.
  • Analyze competitor offerings and provide feedback to product and delivery teams.
  • Support go-to-market strategies with technical insights.
    • International Client Collaboration

      • Engage with enterprise clients in the US and UK markets.
      • Represent the company at global cybersecurity events, webinars, and conferences.

      Team Collaboration & Enablement

      • Work closely with sales, delivery, and marketing teams to align on client needs.
      • Mentor junior pre-sales consultants and support internal knowledge sharing.
      • Ensure solution feasibility and alignment with delivery capabilities.

      Required Skills & Qualifications

      • 6–10 years of experience in IT services, with 3–5 years in a pre-sales or solutioning role focused on IT Security.
      • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Security (Defender, Sentinel, Entra) and Google Security (Chronicle, Mandiant, SCC).
      • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
      • Experience working with international clients, especially in the US and UK.
      • Proficiency in tools like PowerPoint, Visio, and CRM platforms.
      • Ability to translate business security needs into technical solutions.
      • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and results-focused
