Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the end-to-end implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales Hub
• Configure and customize modules including Leads, Opportunities, Quotes, Orders, Finance, and Purchase.
• Design, validate, and manage user roles, permissions, and security models.
• Assist in Outlook integration setup, user training, and issue resolution.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics using Advanced Find and Power BI.
• Execute data migration activities using standardized templates and validation checklists.
• Review, troubleshoot, and optimize custom processes (e.g., Purchase Order workflows).
• Troubleshoot and enhance CRM ↔ BC integrations to maintain smooth data flow.
• Provide post-go-live support, stabilization, and performance optimization.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong functional and technical knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules
• Proven experience in Power Platform, including Power BI and Power Automate.
• Hands-on experience with Outlook integration and data migration activities.
• Familiarity with UK financial compliance standards and reporting requirements.
• Ability to analyze document, and optimize business processes.
• Excellent communication, client engagement, and presentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in global environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals or Functional Consultant certifications.
• Experience with integration tools or middleware for CRM–ERP synchronization.
• Exposure to project methodologies such as Agile or Sure Step.
