Job Description:
We are seeking a driven and energetic Business Development Executive to support our sales efforts in the Microsoft Dynamics domain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in selling ERP/CRM solutions, particularly Microsoft Dynamics, and exposure to international markets such as the US and UK.
Responsibilities:
???? Lead Generation & Sales Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Microsoft Dynamics ERP/CRM.
- Understand client pain points and propose tailored Dynamics solutions.
- Collaborate with technical teams for demos and solution presentations.
???? Client Engagement
- Maintain consistent follow-ups and proactive communication.
- Build trust and long-term relationships with prospects and clients.
- Address client inquiries with product knowledge and professionalism.
???? Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitors and market trends in ERP/CRM space.
- Share insights with leadership and product teams.
- Provide regular updates on sales pipeline and progress.

- Engage with clients in the US and UK markets.
- Represent the company in virtual events, webinars, and conferences.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet client needs.
- Foster a collaborative and goal-oriented work environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in IT sales, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics ERP/CRM.
- Exposure to international sales (US/UK preferred).
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn and other networking platforms.
- Self-motivated, confident, and results driven.
