Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to drive new business opportunities and close deals. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in IT Solution Sales (Analytics, AI, ERP, Solution Sales, or SaaS Sales) with 7–12 years of relevant experience.

The candidate must possess excellent communication and presentation skills, along with a strong track record of working with international customers, especially in the US, UK, and APAC regions.


Responsibilities and Duties
Lead Generation & Business Development

  • Generate qualified leads and new business opportunities.
  • Identify client challenges and propose effective solutions.
  • Coordinate with the technical and demo teams to deliver capability presentations and ensure sales closure.

Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain consistent follow-ups, proactive communication, and timely reminders to address client queries.
  • Demonstrate in-depth product and solution knowledge to handle customer inquiries.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with potential and existing customers.

International Market Exposure

  • Work closely with international clients, primarily in the US, UK, and APAC regions.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, events, and conferences as required.


Required Experience, Skills & Qualifications

  • 7–12+ years of total experience with a minimum of 3–5 years in international IT Sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Highly self-motivated, confident, and result-oriented.
