Role Summary

We are seeking a Delivery Lead to manage and support delivery across ERP implementation, upgrade, and managed support engagements. The role involves leading client interactions, coordinating with functional and technical teams, and ensuring successful delivery of enterprise solutions.

The ideal candidate should have strong ERP delivery experience, project coordination capability, and stakeholder management skills, along with familiarity with modern productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot to improve efficiency and collaboration.

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of ERP implementation, upgrade, and enhancement projects.
• Act as the primary coordination point between clients, functional consultants, and technical teams.
• Manage project timelines, delivery milestones, and ensure adherence to scope and SLAs.
• Facilitate requirement discussions, solution reviews, and delivery planning.
• Coordinate development teams for customizations, integrations, and issue resolution.
• Oversee system upgrades, version migrations, and environment validations.
• Ensure effective UAT coordination, deployment planning, and post-go-live support.
• Support production environments, monitor issues, and ensure timely resolution.
• Promote the use of AI productivity tools (including Microsoft Copilot) to improve delivery efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across projects and support engagements.
• Ensure proper documentation, testing coordination, and delivery governance.

Required Skills

• Experience managing or coordinating ERP implementation, upgrade, or support projects.
• Strong understanding of ERP business processes such as Finance, Procurement, Sales, Inventory, or Manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of:
  • ERP customizations and extensions
  • APIs and integrations
  • Data migration and upgrade concepts
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to coordinate across functional, technical, and business teams.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting mindset.

Preferred / Added Advantage

• Exposure to the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem (including but not limited to Business Central, Finance & Operations, CRM, or other Dynamics solutions).
• Microsoft Dynamics certifications.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Exposure to Microsoft Azure services, integrations, or cloud deployments.
• Experience managing managed services or production support environments.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, or release management.
• Experience in ERP migration or upgrade projects.
