Job Description:

• 3 to 4 years of experience in manual testing of various web and mobile applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey testing results and collaborate with the technical team and the customer.
• Deep understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
• Lead the manual testing efforts across multiple projects, defining testing strategies, plans, and timelines to ensure comprehensive coverage.
• Design, develop, and execute detailed test cases, test plans, and test scripts based on product requirements and specifications.
• Conduct thorough functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing to identify defects and ensure product stability.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide feedback on product design and functionality.
• Utilize defect tracking tools to report, prioritize, and manage issues, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with stakeholders.
• Expertise in DevOps tool will be the added advantage.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups to enhance team collaboration.
• Excellent documentation skill required. Testing core, Source Of Work (SOW), RTM document etc.
• Good exposure in handling Test Metrics.
• Strong SQL skills with the ability to write and debug complex queries.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Exposure Microsoft Power Platform tools are the added advantage.
• Exposure to Microsoft Azure services will be the added advantage.
