Job Description
- Identify the client challenge / pain areas & give propose solution that fits the requirement.
- Coordinate with the tech team / demo specialist for detail capability leading to closure of sales.
- Consistent follow up, proactive actions, timely reminders with client to address all the queries leading to closure of business.
- Market competition analysis & time to time input to the product team.
- The candidate should have good Product knowledge.
- The candidate should be responsible for increasing revenues, creating and nurturing relationships, streamlining workflow and creating a teamwork environment.
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions, Events, conferences on case-to-case basis.
Responsibilities and Duties
- The candidate should be sound on team handling, problem solving skills, young and dynamic. Go getter for bringing business / new business / Existing client.
- Should be able to fix queries on client demand and should identify right resource for addressing client.
- Selling our product in the international market / Domestic Market.
- Demonstrating product knowledge to answer customer questions and inquiries.
- Building relationships with potential customers to establish trust and rapport.
- Nurture leads with the goal of converting them to customers and managing referrals from existing customers.
- Reporting on relevant sales data.
- The successful candidate will become an integral part of our growing business; with the opportunity to develop this role and progress their career in sales and business development.
- Should be able to demonstrate the solution capabilities to international and domestic client.
Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications
- 8+ years’ experience with at least 3-5 years’ experience in the international market
